None of the parts were a fit for a Honda Accord 4 door sedan hood clip, too small to fit adequately in the opening for the clip.

Had the exact part I needed

After my old retainer clip fell off, I started the quest to find a replacement part. This Dorman assortment came up in my search and was in stock at my local Canadian Tire. Turns out the kit has the exact replacement for my Pontiac Montana! For anyone who needs to know, it's the green one which is the equivalent of the GM OEM -Retainer. Hood. Rod. Support. Clip. (Front) Part Number: 15571260

How to fix a hood latch eeasy.

This assorted pack had exact!y what i wanted to secure the hood latch on my ford motorhome.installation was literally a snap. Would buy again. Was surprised to find this kit as my vehicle is a 1991 model.
