Always blame the customer

We bought the package, but it the bolts were the wrong size. We opened package to check. When we returned it turned out that there were only 5 of 8 washers so Canadian Tire would not refund our money. They sold us a package that was incomplete and when we tried ti return it—they blamed us. Horrible service do a formerly regular customer
