Disappointed in this product

This product have suction issue, I still have this product working but it has no suction, I have used Dirt Devil my entire life , but this product is a nightmare, I end up buying another vacuum cleaner

Hi Abraham, thank you for reviewing the Dirt Devil Dash Cyclonic Upright Vacuum. Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. We hope this helps, but if not, please call Dirt Devil Customer Care at 800-321-1134. Was pleased. Now not so much

I have owned this for over a year and it worked great for the dog (Aussie) hair. Now it has plugged internally with hair and no way to clean it without taking it apart.

Needed a new vac for new home with laminate floors. After researching, purchased this for the power dust mop feature. Easy to use, not too heavy, easy to empty. After a year it's still great. This is my first dirt devil product and couldn't be happier.

Vaccum runs for a while then shuts off. .

You can feel the hot air coming off of it. It runs for about 30 minutes then I have to let it sit for hours before being able to use it again.
