I just purchased this today especially for the handheld feature and suction cup mount. Easy install right up until the suction cup. There were no instructions in the package. I’ve tried wiping the stone tile and cup with alcohol to clean any residue, even wetting both surfaces , but it didn’t work. What’s the fix?

This unit is less than a month old it installed no problem it does not leak it has decent pressure.
THE PROBLEM IS THE SUCTION CUP WILL NOT STAY ON TILE!!!
Tile is flat and non porous it is clean as clean can be it has been cleaned ten times this week with rubbing alcohol, but every couple of hours it falls off tile!!!!!!!?????
No, I do not recommend this product.

Inexpensive, easily installed!

We found this to be a great deal for our kid's bathroom. Inexpensive, installed easily, and no leaks. However, with the shower pipe, the handheld portion stands straight up and will shoot water over their heads and the shower curtain. What can be done to fix that?

A: Le déflecteur est situé sur la pièce horizontale à laquelle les deux douches se connectent. Les leviers sur le cadran sont sur la droite mais dans l'image il est difficile de les voir. J'ai ajouté une photo de cette douche ci-dessous que vous pouvez voir les leviers
