Love the chrome finish & good water flow .

I'm no plumber by any means which means most people can install this themselves. It was easy to install and looks great in our kitchen. However, after about 3 years the faucet started leaking. I called Danze which is now handled by Globe Union (globeunion.custhelp.com) which provided me with an RA# and I was able to go to Canadian Tire the same day and get a new one. Unfortunately, the new one gave me problems with the pullout hose that wouldn't retract. Took me a couple of hrs to find a way to get it working but I honestly still don't know what the issue was (the provided opening that 3 hoses have to go through/share is a bit too small making it tight which I believe was the cause). Other than this I would recommend this beautiful faucet.

“Tested for quality” - that absolutely doesn’t feel like it! Unboxed this faucet, hooked it up… and it sprayed water everywhere! There was defect in the hose. What a cheap & faulty design.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: installation notice re dishwasher There's a notice in the box saying not to install pull out spray spout supply with any dishwasher, is that the whole unit our just one of the supply hoses, I want to know before I get a plumber in. My dishwasher is under the counter, not portable

Q: I need a replacement pull-out hose for item # 063-3362-0 please. It is less than a year old and the busted hose sprays water everywhere. We really love this faucet and would like to keep it. Just need the replacement pull-out hose. We got it as a present last year and it is very disappointing that this has happened so soon.

Q: Can the Hot Cold mix be adjusted? With the slightest adjustment to the lever the tap runs from very hot to cold. Can the range be adjusted?
