Danze Lisa faucet quality

I bought the Danze faucet a couple of week ago and can't say enough about the ease of installation. Very nice setup. Quality was another problem. The set screw that holds the unit in place would not go all the way in to hold it tight. Got in touch with the company I told them I thought the hole was not threaded all the way. They thought it was the set screw. they sent a new set screw . Same problem . Wanted me to take it back and get a new tap. Gave me a return # . Now have to remove and take back. ?? Before checked and none available. Really a bad setup for a returned item that was already installed. I borrowed a tap and threaded the part that was not threaded and all is okay now. All they had to do was send me the part that was faulty and all would be good. It is really a nice faucet and am please but the customer service really was terrible. It's too bad because it's the last Danze product I will be buying.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Très jolie et facile a installer mais si votre pression d'eau est faible je ne recommande pas car se modele est équipé de brise jet pour économiser l'eau.

Easy install

I appreciate that the water flow/sprayer/ pullout and looks are all great. What I love even more is the engineering in the tap to sink design. All the kitchen faucet switch overs I have done always had most of me looking up from under the sink. This faucet installs from the top. Thumbs up all around!

Q: For the past couple of weeks when I turn faucet on hot water… after a couple of minutes the water shuts off. The tap is still open but no water.  I have to turn tap off then on again until sink has enough water.

Q: can the Danze Lisa #063-3808-2 be used as a laundry faucet instead of a kitchen faucet ?

  • A: I don't see why not. It's a regular faucet and you'd have the advantage of being able to use the pull down spray feature to wash out the laundry tub.

Q: Is there any way to adjust the pressure, as I noticed that when I set it to warm, the pressure is too strong.

Q: Re Lisa kitchen faucet by Cuisinart: What is the installed height in inches? I have about 14" clearance under my cupboard. Will it fit?
