Très mauvaise qualité

Très mauvaise qualité, la douchette n’est pas efficace, le col de robinet tourne tout seul et sa rotation peut même aller au-delà de l’évier. Même chose pour le 2e suite su retour du premier.

Reviewed this 7 years ago when I badly needed a new faucet and had the old chrome double sink. A couple years after, I installed a big beautiful black granite sink, and this faucet never looked better, and yes, much easier to install.
It's still 4 stars and not 5 , but I really do like how it looks....it's functionality is less than desirable, but still plenty functional enough for me.
There are times when I wish had the spray stay on, and with it was a bit wider, but I can live with because it really does look great.
After 7 years, no leaks.... no issues...all is good. Just have to clean out the hard water now & then on the water diffuser, standard maintenance for any hard water faucet.
The only slight annoyance now, is that the base has come a tad loose, I need to tighten it up, don't feel like taking it apart again, lo. I just hold it steady when I shine it up, and boy, it does get shiny!
I love the clean look and sharp contrast with my big beautiful black sink!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Mostly good, with two main flaws.

I give it a 7/10.
It's mostly good, but has two main issues (minus one star for each).
The first flaw is the spray mode. It doesn't spray very wide, and it doesn't stay in spray mode when you press the button (like every other faucet like this that I've used does).
The other is the water control handle. It doesn't evenly increase the water as you move it. About 40% of the initial movement range does nothing and then it finally comes on, so it doesn't leave you much range to adjust the water pressure.
I had no issues installing it (I've never installed a faucet before). The only problem is that the water lines were tangled around each other and I didn't realize until it was almost fully installed, so then I had to undo half the installation and do it again. Just make sure to check that and you'll be fine.

Q: Sprayer button won't stay on. No special instructions in manual. To activate the sprayer, one pushes the small black button on the sprayer head. However, the spray stops as soon as you stop pressing the button. Is there a way to keep the spray without holding the button?

Q: I just purchased Colby kitchen faucet. The sprayer does not retract, even with the weight. We’ve adjusted the placement of the weight and still not working. Is it suppose to clip in place when pushed back up? Please help!

A: Dear Valued Customer, thank you for purchasing the faucet and we apologize for the spray head issue you mentioned in your question, this unit does not have a snap back feature for retracting the sprayer head back to the correct position, this unit uses a weight to pull back the spray head and hose, with what you are describing, it sounds like the weight is not in the correct position, there is an indicator on the hose to direct you to where the weight should be placed or could be that the spray hose was not installed in the small hole of the top mount bracket, for your convenience there is a video that we suggest to review; There could also be something under the sink which is keeping the spray hose from moving far down enough, these units come with limited lifetime warranty so we urge customers to contact our techincal support team for troubleshooting, we would be glad to help you on finding the cause of the sprayer not docking, please call us directly at 1-800-487-8372. Q: i purchased a Model #063-3815-4 CUISINART Pull Down kitchen Faucet. It has 4 (four) hoses protruding: 1 (one), long line (red). 2 (two), shorter lines (blue). 1 (one), yet shorter line (blue). What are their connection to the hot & cold water?
