Not sturdy enough to support a bike

I had to return this item. It’s a great idea and exactly what I was looking for however the supports that hold the bike are plastic and not heavy enough to support the weight of a bicycle.

Where are the zero stars rating?
Pilot holes between inside (top) post and outside (bottom) stand do not line up. I have to use my own drill bit and drill holes to avoid taking it back just to set it up. The middle section was already screwed together and painted over (not as instructions showed).
What kind of cheap company makes the bike hangers out of flimsy plastic the same quality as dept store clothes hangers. They snapped the second time I placed one of my bikes on it to work on it. They also aligned terribly with the bracket and frame of bike (any bike)!
So I unscrewed that broken mess, threw it out, and screwed in some metal hooks I had for hanging items in my shed/garages.
So all-in-all, unless you want to add diy bike repair rack build with your own tools and spare parts kit to your to-do list, just get something of quality at a place that cares about customer service and product quality.
As is, this is frustrating garbage.
Also, a word of caution, the metal ends are so raw unfinished that they have sharp metal shards hanging off that cut you or can leave metal splinters in your hands when handling as trying to build. I'd add my images as proof, but this doesn't seem to be an option here.

Great Bike Stand Compromise

If you don't want to fork over the exorbitant cost of a full-sized bike stand, this workstand does the job. The pre-assembled screws are pretty loose and makes the stand wobbly, but if you tighten them yourselves (I also added washers), the stand is surprisingly quite stable for its size. Allows you to work on the drivetrain with the back wheel able to spin freely, which is an otherwise impossible task unless you flip your bike upside down (which can damage things). I would have liked it to be able to raise the front tire off the ground as well, but alas, for the price, this is a wonderful tool to have for bike maintenance.

A: No, the bike should rest nicely on the two hooks. The top one under the seatstay, and the lower one under the chainstay on the non-drive side of the bike.

A: It’s not junk. This stand is best for non-disc break bikes. Any cables that run down the seat stays get in the way. Prop your front tire against two bricks or something similar to keep it from falling over, if you’re doing cleaning/mech. work.

A: Absolutely not. It cannot support much more weight than the bike. Can be used to adjust derailleurs.
