The CURT E16 Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch is designed for select models of Chevy / GMC short-bed trucks with a puck system. The hitch features a quarter-turn anchoring system for quick installation, removal, adjustable anchors, and an R16 5th wheel slider #16560 that provides 12" of travel in the truck bed. It rolls on wheels and solid, non-binding rods, and pivots on dual axles for 10 degrees of lateral movement. It also features an anti-rattle skid plate, automatic lock for secure coupling, and a single handle operation. The hitch offers four height adjustment positions and is compatible with kingpin extension boxes. It is tested for safety in accordance to SAE J2638 and is protected by a durable carbide black powder coat finish.
