It will do the job

You need to keep the drum in the freezer for 2 or 3 days to ensure it’s cold enough to freeze the mixture. This ties up a lot of space if you don’t have a large dedicated freezer on hand. Takes me about 40 minutes to get mixture thick enough to dispense. The mixture comes out using motion of the spinning drum so depending on how thick the cream gets… as to how long or how well you can fill a cone.
