Great for Chicken

I love my Cuisinart Kitchen Shears! I received these two years ago and never thought they would be so well used. I love using them to cut the fat of chicken it's amazing how easy they are to clean up too. I've used them to cut chicken into small pieces as well as beef for stew. I bought a pair for my daughter last year too.

most people underestimate the usefulness of these. the center portion is functional as well and the scissors are mildly textured/serrated which helps with common kitchen cutting needs.
