Made great coffee until it failed

This product lasted only 2 years before it failed. Considering the price of purchase--not a good deal. I am very disappointed

I got this product through air miles about 18 months ago.
After approx 8 months it started to fail intermittently. No water flow to weak water flow to water leaking all over the drip tray. Getting a coffee became a guess. It finally
died with the motor running but nothing happening. Bad product. I would never
get another even if it was given to me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I've gone through 3 Keurig servers and this one has been great ! I've had it for 2 years no issues whatsoever. I find the coffee brews quickly and is always hot and trust me i like my coffee to be hot!

Always gets stuck, grinds get in the coffee, water goes all over the sink. Terrible and I want a refund.

A: Yes you can as long as you have the filter. Some models come with the filter but it can also be purchased separately (43-0418).

Q: How large is this maker? What are the dimensions of the maker as a whole, and how tall of a cup/mug fits underneath (if the drip tray is removed?)

A: Actual dimensions of the unit are: 11” x 8” x 12” (D x W x H) With the tray removed – this item will accommodate a cup/mug that is approx. 5-1/2” in height.
