[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doesn’t toast/brown my bread at the highest setting. It heats up, but not enough. Poor toast.

If the bread is not browning sufficiently, try running an initial cycle without food, using a darker shade setting for several cycles, and ensuring the bread is centered in the slots, as bread thickness and moisture content can affect browning results. Basic toaster with wider slots for bagels, but not for longer slices of artisanal/sourdough bread. Toasts evenly and consistently. Despite being metal, the outside shell remains cool to touch. Quiet operation-no beeping/alarms like digital toasters. Small counter space footprint. 3 year warranty.

Q: Can I use it to bake a cooked ham slice? So I make 2 slice of toast from bread, thenI cut a slice of ham (cooked) and bake it like bread. Can I do that? I was wondering if there's any common known restrictions for toaster using. In place I came from, there's no such thing about toast.
