Nice toaster but the temperature selection knob wi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature selection will not stay set and it keeps moving all the time so therefore we end up with burnt toast or burnt items. I wish the temperature selection knob so it wouldn't move all the time.

Size and style are good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed, we have to run 2 cycles in order to get bread toasted. We put toast level on highest setting hoping to get it to work on one cycle that didnt work.

For best results, try using a middle setting for the first few uses, ensure the bread slots and crumb tray are clean, and keep in mind that some specialty breads with higher moisture content may require additional toasting time; however, needing two full cycles on the highest setting is not the experience we want for our consumers. Q: Can I use it to bake a cooked ham slice? So I make 2 slice of toast from bread, thenI cut a slice of ham (cooked) and bake it like bread. Can I do that? I was wondering if there's any common known restrictions for toaster using. In place I came from, there's no such thing about toast.
