    Needs better durability

    I got sticker shock given I use these a fair bit and they never last long enough for the price Even when that price was lower . They inevitably puncture even if you don't use them for both hot and cold which it pretends is a thing as do others but it will take divine intervention for it to survive being use for hot after being used for cold. If I ever find a brand that admits it is one or the other I would pay more for that honesty

    Broke In Less Than a Week! :(

    Got a few to ice injuries. They were what I was looking for in size and thickness but the packaging is not durable and one has already broke after less than a week :( bought them Wednesday, been rotating using them and it broke Saturday Night.
