The Barricade Concrete Repair system has been specifically designed and engineered to seal, fill and structurally reinforce concrete cracks. This 3-step system includes: Step 1 CRACK PREP SURFACE PASTE, Step 2 CRACK INJECTION EXPANDING FOAM and Step 3 the CARBON FIBER REINFORCEMENT KIT. The Barricade Concrete Repair Crack Injection Kit combines step 1 and 2 of a 3-step approach to concrete repair (also includes injection ports).

Each kit will fix approximately one wall crack that measures 4-5 feet long, 1/16 to 1/8 inches wide and 8 inches deep (121-152 cm long, 0.15 to 0.31 cm wide and 20 cm deep). May vary from crack to crack
Barricade Crack Injection Kit combines step 1 and 2 of a 3-step approach to concrete repair (also includes injection ports)
Advanced, fast-acting, moisture-resistant polyurethane formula expands 15x its volume to completely fill cracks in concrete
Low-viscosity, easy-to-inject foam is ideal for vertical wet or dry crack repairs through injection ports

Use the included epoxy with a 10:1 thrust ratio caulking gun (sold separately)
Tube is designed to mix 2 separate solutions during dispensing, thus due to the internal mechanisms, the plunger will only advance to the middle of the tube; the quantity stated on the label is correct
Injection material is yellow and viscous while injected before curing
Injecting concrete cracks DOES NOT prevent the crack from re-cracking, only the BARRICADE Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Kit will prevent re-cracking
Only use injection for cracks in poured concrete walls. We do not recommend injecting into concrete block (CMU) walls, as their hollow structure requires a different repair method

2 KITS BOTH BAD I had purchased 2 kits both of them the ore crack prep the most important part were both rock solid in the tube therefor Impossible to use 200$ wasted PLEASE GET ANOTHER BRAND I PROMISE YOU!!!

Worst product I have ever bought from Canadain tire . The epoxy hardener was dried out solid and therefore useless. Switched over to a Sico product that worked. Told once opened can not return .

Two kits were no good.

I picked up two of the kits and the epoxy was hard as a rock in the tube. Ended up having to buy a different manufacturers crack injection system.

Not as advertised….keep your receipt!!!!!

Where to start? 1st tube of resin/grey liquid mix. The mixture did not come out of the tube. I had to use my Bessey clamps to extract a few inches at a time. White resin came out like toffee. Very hard to mix with the grey liquid. 1/3 of the mix did not come out of the tube…..what a waste. Very disappointed.
