Great concept, terrible quality

Trimmer is well designed for most part. However the battery is of poor quality and soon after purchasing I had to keep it plugged in all the time. In addition the plastic comb guide broke and rendered the trimmer unusable. Wouldn't buy again.

Charge system fails

I bought a second trimmer to get a new charge cable, father the first one stopped charging the trimmer. I then had two functioning trimmers, with one charger. Until the latest charge cable stopped working as well. Love the trimmer, hate the fact that I can't readily get a new charge cord.

Good beard trimmer

The only improvement they could make is to leave the depth setting unchanged after the next time you turn it on. It always resets to 0.4 mm which is very short and if you forget, you bring your beard back to very short.

Solid trimmer, but with a short life-span

I really enjoyed this trimmer. It cuts evenly and does so fairly quickly. Couple of issues though; performance is decreased considerably using just the battery so I recommend keeping it plugged in while shaving. The trimmer could also benefit from longer length settings and lastly, it seems to have a short life-span. My guess is from inferior metals used for the cutting blades. If these bugs were worked out, it would be exceptional.
