We've had this pool for *exactly* two months and like several other reviews here, pump started making more and more noise over last couple of weeks and then today it quit completely. Just a whirring noise because the impeller has disintegrated or broken off. And like others here I've got three kids who want to keep swimming and no way to get a replacement pump. Happy with the frame and liner - pump is garbage. AVOID this product. TERRIBLE!

Awesome pool except the pump

I bought this pool a year ago loved it so much I built a deck around the pool ... After 2 months the pump was loud and just died on us ... we bought a used pump on line and just love it ... I was disappointed in the pump how cheap it was Canadian tire never even gave me a credit , just be careful with the pump over all the pool is blast and having fun being safe from the public with this Pandemic....

Q: Do I need to completely take down my pool for winter to extend its life or can it be left installed. If it can be left installed, is there anything besides a cover I need to consider?

A: Thank you for your interest in the Coleman Frame Pool, 18-ft x 48-in. It is strongly recommended to disassemble the pool for the winter. The above ground pools may collapse under the weight of ice and snow, which would greatly damage the PVC pool walls. We recommend disassembling the pool when temperatures fall below 8ºC / 45ºF.

Q: We just bought a house that came with a Coleman above ground pool....I think its at least 22' in diameter. Question is most specs I see for this pool say it comes with a steel frame, but ours appears to be PVC or other hard plastic?

Q: I like to install/attach a fence around the pool. How many top seats/top rails does it have? So I know how many sections of fence I need to purchase.

Q: We bought the 22 ft Coleman pool (wasn't showing up on website) and the cover that came with it doesn't fit, it's too small. We have the water filled up as much as we can and the liner is too tight to fit around. Also, the vaccuum doesn't work well:(
