Solid propane lantern

My husband is an outdoorsmen and always has Coleman brand items. As for the lantern, it is a reliable and bright outdoor light that offers adjustable brightness. It’s easy to use with a simple propane hookup and features a durable design.

Pros vs Cons Lantern from Coleman

I like the metal tabs to hold globes rather than the old string version. Love the glass Lantern for sure however....they are so freaking costly to replace. Have y'all attempted a plastic version that is heat resistant? Overall pretty darn happy.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that Coleman's burning appliance SHOULD NOT BE USED indoors or in enclosed areas. They are designed to be used outside. Even with the catalytic heaters, ventilation is required to prevent the buildup of carbon monoxide, which can kill.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Please be advised that the lantern emits up to 967 lumens, which is about what a 60-watt bulb would produce based on an average 100-watt incandescent bulb producing about 1,600 lumens (according to the US Department of Energy).
