Coby 23-in LED LCD HD TV

I bought this for my daughter as I was looking for an inexpensive tv (she's a student). It never worked well, and after only a few months stopped altogether. The manufacturer was no help at all, and I ended up throwing it out. I purchased a name brand for the extra money and it is working great. My advice is to pass on this one.

I used it for 30 mins at max when it blackedout and the power indicater light won't even light up, im a mother who bought it for my son for his first bedroom t.v and he is now quite dissapointed.

Bought this T.V as a christmas gift. Gift was given late January 2012, It's been used in a bedroom so how often IS IT used?) We'd been having issues with it not turning on but would make sure was puleed into the back thinking it was loose due to it being mounted. Come the beginning of JULY the T.V completly wont turn on. The power indicator that lights up wont even light up now either. Called customer service and the gentlemen told me "Yes" there was an issue with this T.V we just needed some information off you bill but it was NO PROBLEM AT ALL there was an issue with that t.v, I let him go and finally get my hands on the info. I call back Only to be told they'll only cover the parts I would have to take it to a professional repair man in my area and I would pay delivery of the parts AND LABOUR, which ticks me off cause it was used 6 months and MAYBE at MAX 12 times!!! The service rep was NOT professional, at all and we are very dis pleased!! Never will purchase this brand of T.V's again!!! So were T.V shopping again for the bedroom not even 12 uses later! Canadian Tire did you an excellent job at helping me to get my hands on the bill thought. Thank you for there wonderful Customer Service!

Ce petit téléviseur «full HD» 1080p à écran plat offre une bonne qualité d'image. Bien sûr, comme tout téléviseur à écran plat, le rendu audio (la qualité sonore) est moins bon pour les sons graves en raison du peu d'espace de résonance pour les haut-parleurs pour les téléviseurs écran plat. Cela peut être assez corrigé par la fonction d'ajustement des sons graves; option offerte dans les fonctions sons des ajustements. Je l'ai acheté pour ma fille qui étudie à Montréal où elle capte avec bonheur en haute définition les principales chaines (maintenant numériques) à l'aide d'une simple antenne (oreille de lapin), sans le câble et sans convertisseur numérique (puisque ce téléviseur est déjà prêt pour recevoir le signal numérique tout en pouvant capter le signal analogique).

The colour went within four months. To fix requires shipping to Georgia at your own expense. Not worth it. Stay away from this brand.
