Garbage

3 different applications, I haven't seen one single seed sprout. Not one! It's unfit for compost with its chemical components. It's unfit for grass seed. The only place to put it is with other garbage.

Works in some tough conditions

Our lawn is a tough place to grow grass. Between the silty clay soils, long cold winters, heavy foot traffic and a dog, the lawn takes a beating. I use the CIL Golfgreen Surestart as both an over seeder and to fill in the areas that don't survive the abuse. The seed takes ahold fast and grows well. Will use it again when needed.

Green grass

Great product that reallybdoes perform as advertised. I sodded my lawn last and had a few sections that didnt take the first over wintering to well but with a bit of topsoil and enough CIL its looking just as good as new. Highly recomend.

Good grass seed

This grass seed took about two weeks to germinate with frequent watering and rain. The grass was hardy and a nice dark shade of green that mixed in well with the existing grass. I would buy this product again .
