Questionable durability

5 months ago

Meat stuck and burned onto the iron after the first use on a glass-top electric range. I cleaned it as instructed, leaving a thin seasoned layer, but I doubt I’ll use it for vegetables, especially since vegetarians may not want any residual meat flavor. I’m disappointed. It seems difficult to maintain and quite expensive for the performance.
