Trimmer spools hard to find.

I have a Certified grass trimmer. For some reason, there are no available trimmer spools available in Truro Canadian Tire for this model. None in other stores within a reasonable distance of my place. A worker at the Canadian Tire store in Truro checked and there was one in the clearance section of the store. I bought it as I had a lot of trimming to do. Turns out that it is the wrong size to fit into my trimmer. After all that, I just decided to purchase a different brand of trimmer - Worx - as there are many trimmer spools for that trimmer in stock at my local store. It worked out well as this trimmer is more powerful and was worth the extra money. I did like my Certified trimmer, but would suggest that it you are going to sell a particular trimmer, you insure that the compatible trimmer spools are in stock so people don't have to go on a hunting expedition to acquire one. Especially when the trimmer is on sale for a good price and people will likely buy one.

Q: I purchased a Certified 20v line trimmer/weedwacker but cannot find replacement line anywhere. What is a suitable alternative? I dont appreciate buying a product from Canadian Tire that seems to sell no clear replenishment for a consumable product.

A: Hi Joel, thank you for sharing your experience. Trimmer line with the spool is made a unit for the replacement for electric line trimmer / 060-1929, not for a 20V line trimmer.
