Sell items without required oils.

Canadian tire sells lawnmowers but dont sell the oil for those lawnmowers. I bought 2 because of the price and found that nobody in cranbrook bc sells that 10w-30 oil. Not even the 30 weight oil is sold. That means Canadian tire only wants money and nothing else. If they wanted good reviews then they should sell what is required for the products they sell. This only proves union workers only care for money and nothing else.
No, I do not recommend this product.

All around a great experience

I bought it and brought it home and put it together in 20 minutes. Filled it with oil, put in some gas , primed it 6 times, pushed button six times pulled the cord once and it was up and running. Did my front lawn in record time and with less effort. This rolls so much better. Yup thumbs up on this one. Plus I got super service from an employee who had to go out back and got get it from the inside of a container, it’s almost snowblower season.

Q: why does it blow smoke when I start it up.

- A: The piston sits horizontally. It’s normal for lawn mower engines to sometimes puff a little smoke, oil can sometimes slip by the piston or valves. Don’t sweat it. It’s not a car engine. Change oil once and check the level once before mowing. You’ll be fine. Also make sure your air filter is clean and fits tight. Dirt causes engines to burn oil faster.29 days agoHelpful?

- A: I’d get a master craft socket tool set if you haven’t already. Look for the long socket with the rubber gasket. Or find a socket that fits, very easy. Remove spark plug wire first, just tug it.29 days agoHelpful?
