These were the last expensive skates in the day e were there but it's hard for me to imagine how much better they could be. We changed the laces for waxed which was the only knock I can think of.

poor quality skates, plastic broke on eyelet while tying my son's skates. These were not even 6 months old, CT refused to replace them.
