I bought the Cascade complete and for a long time I was very impressed compared to the previous produce I was using. Now the packets don't dissolve in the hot wash cycle. I find the packets lying on the bottom of the washer. Sadly I bought the 78 pack, and only had success with about 20 of them. I even placed one of the failed ones in a bowl of water, and it is not dissolving after 30 min. I tried to contact the company, and there is no simple way to do that. I was very happy with the results at first, but if the packet does not dissolve, it can't work at all. I tried to send fhotos, but was not able to do so.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I like the product. But, please clean up you advertised tv having people do unsavory table manners. Licking the plate and wiping ones mouth with the back of a hand disgusting.

Good product but not the greatest for me. I have ish it was a little more powerful so that I didn’t have to hand-wash the ones with more stubborn stuff. It did dissolve well and no residue was present.

As you can see, I’m practical of cascade platinum pacs. They are my favourite. Smells absolutely refreshing. Made from clean ingredients, it cleans dishes so well it does not leave residue. Easy to use and friendly to dishwashers and the filter.

These work great in my dishwasher! I like to use them with the streak free rinse and it makes things come off plates and bowls without rinsing them first! Packaging keeps my curious cats from chewing through it!
