The Barricade Concrete Repair system has been specifically designed and engineered to seal, fill and structurally reinforce concrete cracks. This 3-step system includes: Step 1 CRACK PREP SURFACE PASTE, Step 2 CRACK INJECTION EXPANDING FOAM and Step 3 the CARBON FIBER REINFORCEMENT KIT. The Barricade Concrete Repair Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Kit is Step 3 of a 3-step approach to concrete repair.

  • Repair and structurally strengthen cracked walls and prevent further movement

  • Each kit will fix approximately one wall crack that measures 7.5 feet long (228 cm long)

  • Barricade Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Kit is Step 3 of a 3-step approach to concrete repair

  • Lightweight, 10x stronger than steel and non-corrosive

  • Increases structural strength

  • Easy to install in tight spaces (ex. crawl spaces)

  • Does not take up additional square footage

  • Horizontal or vertical applications

  • Interior and exterior applications

  • Carbon fiber is easily painted over for a discrete repair

  • Use the included epoxy with a standard caulking gun (sold separately)

  • Tube is designed to mix 2 separate solutions during dispensing, thus due to the internal mechanisms, the plunger will only advance to the middle of the tube; the quantity stated on the label is correct

  • Injecting concrete cracks DOES NOT prevent the crack from re-cracking, only the BARRICADE Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Kit will prevent re-cracking

Fixed my basement leak!

Easy installation and solid performance

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recently used the BARRICADE Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Kit to fix a crack in my basement, and it was a pretty good experience! Tools and Safety Gear: I made sure to wear gloves and a mask, and I used a wire brush, grinder, putty knife, caulking gun, hammer drill, hammer, screwdriver, and scissors. Having everything ready really helped. Instructions: The instructions were easy to follow. Here’s what I did: Prep the Area: I ground the crack and the area around it for about 6 inches on both sides. Cut the Carbon Fiber: I cut the carbon fiber to fit the crack, leaving a bit extra on the ends. Apply Epoxy: I spread the epoxy on the crack and the surrounding area, then put the carbon fiber down and added more epoxy on top. Finish Up: After that, I painted over it, and it looked good as new! Results: The repair feels really strong, and the crack is hardly noticeable. I’d definitely recommend this kit for its ease of use. I also watched a YouTube video, which made it even easier for a beginner like me. Overall: The packaging was clear, and the instructions were simple. This kit is a great option if you want to fix cracks yourself!
