SCAM!! Worst product I ever bought. 1 out of 10. Plates don’t even stay on. I want my money back!! Can’t curl or press with them without the plates falling off. Messed up my hardwood floor because the plates fell off. Thanks!

A: The weight for single bar is about 1.8kg (4LB) ( including two star collars). The loading weight is 10 kg (about 22LB) for single bar, the loading weight of one pair could be reach to 20kg (about 45 lb) for your reference.

Q: How much weight can you put on these? What's the max weight you can put on each dumbbell. Also how many inches of weight can fit on each side of the dumbbell while still locking the spinlock?

A: I guess 100lbs works out to 4 25lb plates. Or, if you have 35s (they are cool) then you'll want to put 2 10s and 2 5s.
