The Cap Barbell Cement Weights Set, 100-lb, is the ideal solution for a beginner, as well as the most experienced lifter. These cement-filled weights have been a standard in the lifting community for years. The set comes with 100 lb of weight plates, including two 25-pound, two 15-pound, and two 10-pound weights. Besides, it has a tubular steel bar that allows you to create your own weight configuration for lifting and various exercises. All the weights are secured on the bar with four spring clip collars.

Q: How much can the bar hold?
13 years agoA: The weights are made to fit on 1 inch dia. bar, which will hold many times more weight, than the weights supplied with it. I find 6' bar a bit short for me, and for the amount of weight i put on, so i had bought a 7' of cold rolled bar and "dead lifted" 400lbs with it. It never bent.
