    This is good for beginners, not for hardcore bodybuilders. The bar is of poor quality; held by a few pins. The weights are big and bulky.

    Pour le prix c'est un bon produit. Cependant je trouve que la barre en 2 parties n'est pas tres solide, donc éviter de mettre tous les poids. NB: J'ai été decu par le service au magazin de st-foy (rue de l'eglise), on m'a dit surplace qu'il n'y avait pas de produit alors qu'en ligne le magazin en avait 2!

    • A: The weights are made to fit on 1 inch dia. bar, which will hold many times more weight, than the weights supplied with it. I find 6' bar a bit short for me, and for the amount of weight i put on, so i had bought a 7' of cold rolled bar and "dead lifted" 400lbs with it. It never bent.
