Terrible Customer Service - Decent Product

Bought this on sale as we needed a smaller outdoor coffee table. Went together pretty easily but there was a small piece of hardware missing. The manual says not to return it to the store so I've now contacted the 1-888 customer care line 4 times. No one answers and no one replies to your messages. I would shy away from this manufacturer in the future as I just don't trust there is support in the event something goes wrong.

Nice patio coffee table.

Looks great and was easy to assemble. Assembly was faster using a ratchet with a 10 mm socket rather than the small wrench that was provided. A great buy when it was on sale.

The entire patio set is great, heavy enough to withstand strong wind and won't flip over but light enough to move anywhere on the lawn without any difficulties
