crumbling and discolouring

Purchased about 16 months ago. Table is crumbling and pieces are just falling off. The table is also discoloured with white spots. We cover it whenever it is not in use. Highly disappointed with the quality of the finish on this table. We have many Canvas products that I recommend to friends but when it comes to this table I tell them to buy any but this one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I was able to use this fire table for only two summers. It was covered and stored properly and never exposed to extreme weather conditions. The paint is flaking and peeling off, making a mess and a horrible aesthetic look. One corner of the tray holding the rocks and flame has given out so only three corners are attached. It is doubtful that it is even safe to use. Very disappointing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible all around

After 1 month the majority of the top coating chipped off and is now white instead of brown. The igniter never works either so we have to manually use a bbq lighter and that even takes multiple attempts. Wish we returned it...

Beyond disappointed to find that after a winter storing INSIDE the tables paint is peeling and the top of table is crumbling. Do not buy this!!!

So so upset about this purchase... was so beautiful in the store and wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing!!! I’ve had this table for about a year and half TOPS and paid well over $700 with taxes. Always covered and stored inside during winter. Complete garbage and basically crumbling. Can’t return as I can’t find my receipts and they can’t find me in the system. Total waste of ALOT of money. I own many Canvas items and never had issues like this before... product should have been tested before being sold.

Q: Can this be used on a Trex Deck?

A: Hi Nicole, we do not recommend operating this unit on a Trex Deck, as it is only 18" tall. We worry that this is too low of a flame and a unit that's about 24" tall would be a better option. If you choose to use this unit on the Trex Deck at your own discretion, try placing a heat resistant mat or tile beneath it. Q: Hello I have the Canvas Logan rectangular fire table. It is propane and I would like to convert to gas. Can you please let me know which kit to purchase to do this ? Also, is there a way to fix the top to “restain” the top to get that wood look again?
