Remote does not work

I bought this thing just a couple of days ago.. Put it all together, laid out the solar panel just to see if it actually works with the remote. It worked once, so I put it all together and hung it up in the Canvas gazebo. Right away, the remote doesn't work. It doesn't shut off, get the higher light...nothing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Looks great but doesn’t work

We bought this and installed it in our gazebo and only three of the lights work. We switched the bulbs around to see if it was the bulb or the socket and it was the socket. My neighbour bought the same one and has the same problem.
