When I first opened the box to assemble the desk, the desk-top piece was broken. I took the piece back to the Kitchener West store and they replaced it without any argument. i like the desk. It is exactly what I needed in my bedroom in my new apartment.

The drawers don't slide as smoothly as they should and we followed the instructions. We also got a handle that did not have any screw holes in it. We called the service department and directed us back to the store as they do not have spare parts. Luckily the store on Kenaston Blvd was very accommodating and opened up another box to provide with another handle.

It is by far the poorest quality desk I have ever bought. All presswood and very cheap panels..it should have been priced way lower than the actual cost. First thing I ever bought at Canadian tire that I wasn’t impressed with.

The desk was difficult to set up. The instructions should have been clearer considering there were pictures and some written instructions. The desk looks okay in my space and is usable but it took a lot to get there.

Desk is very low. Not suitable for people over 5ft 4inces. I have to make my chair lower. Only reason I am not returning is too much work to take apart

A: No missing drawer handle, very happy with the product. We purchased a 'cutlery tray' to put in the open 'shelf' , it is good for pencils/pens, erasers etc.
