Underwhelming, even at discount.

After setup and plugging it in, it is underwhelming to say the least. Definitely not with the original price of $119. Got this substantially on sale and say it probably worth the discounted price ($59). Recommend this only on sale. Yes it’s 8’ tall but only 50% has branches. Led is on/off only, no twinkle, no fade, no modes at all, pretty plain.

Not warm white……

The tree has quite a commanding presence as we have it on our deck. The birch “bark” reads authentic from a distance. I would not class the lights as warm white though, more of a bright white.

We are using ours indoors, the most time consuming activity is seperating and shapung the branches but otherwise very easy to put up.

Q: The trunk lights have gone out but the rest are still lit.. Any tips on how to fix this? We have had them since end of season last year but they have only been used for about four weeks this year.

A: This 8' Birch Tree is not produced with trunk lights. Perhaps you are referring to the 6' Birch tree with trunk lights. As it was not produced by our company, we regret we can only provide general advice to check all connections and that no wires or frayed or cut.

A: The lights are tiny led bulbs they are not really too bright. I have not tried a dimmer but I don’t think you will need it. This is a very nice tree with soft ambient light. I use mine indoors and everyone likes it.

A: The LEDs are not replaceable. Do not attempt to replace the bulbs or modify the string. If an LED is not working it should not affect the entire tree. There is 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Before returning the item, unplug the tree and inspect. The tree should not be used if there are any cut or frayed wires. Check for loose connections, ensure all connections including the adaptor connection are tight. Plug the tree into a different outlet. If the tree does not light up, the adaptor or the strand may be defective.
