Poor service

If you’re shopping at this location be prepared to fend for yourself in the auto department for sure I’ve never witnessed such a sad display and lazy, poor attitude having incompetent group of individuals in my life as far as I’m concerned they all should have to undergo some reevaluation because they are literally just taking up space. They offer zero help and even when asked they have been rude or arrogant to myself and other costumers and further more just about every time the staff has helped me it’s been the wrong part or information. But if you’re savvy and can take care of things for yourself the convenience of the store is the only benefit if not go to Surrey their auto department employee literally walked around with me and helped me decide which to pick and when unsure he even helped research

A: This particular product family (BWD Relay) contains a variety of different electrical relays with various purposes. The main purpose of a relay is that they act as a ‘switch’ that can open or close circuits electronically. If you re-post your question and included the vehicle details as follows; Year, Make, Model and purpose of the relay you require, we can provide you with a Canadian Tire product number.

Q: if this relay fails will my fuel pump stop working? my explorer was running fine and died at an intersection and now i cant hear the fuel pump when i turn the vehicle to acc, nor will it start.. also it wont turn over in P only in N

Q: does a 97 chevy astro van 4.3 have a fuel relay my 97 astro van had stalled on my then it started again made it to a gas station and put gas in it all it does is turn over but does not fire
