Q: There are 4 wires. Two red, one black, one white. Can you tell me where to connect them on the switch.

1 Answer

A: Please call our office for a copy of the instructions at 1-800-387-8803. You would need to identify the motor wires vs the power supply cord wires then connect to the switch one of each per pole. However, it would be safe to ask a license electrician to proceed to the connections.

A: It is designed as a universal pump switch that fits most makes and models but we cannot guarantee it will fit 100% of all makes and models.

Q: Can you buy just the lever for a sumppump switch? Mastercraft column 1/3 hp sump pump. Just the lever or handle broke off the switch.

A: You cannot buy the lever by itself. You will need to purchase the entire switch that includes the lever. Our product number is 062-4111.
