Awkward ergonomics for manual

It’s way too big. You put it on a sports car five speed shifter and it makes the throw of changing gears almost a foot-long. It also isn’t comfortable for the palm of the hand so you have to do pistol grip and when you’re putting it into second that’s very awkward position for the wrist and you keep hitting your coffee that’s in your center consul. I guess it would be OK more for an automatic than a standard.
