Very reliable

I can't count how many times i've used this toaster oven over the years and it still works but I only gave it 3 stars because it has one big flaw-only two levels, and it needs 3 because things get burnt on one side and undercooked/undertoasted on the other side because the bottom level is too low and the top level is too high, a third middle level would be perfect for making anything

This product is better than the less expensive brands only for a few more dollars and is just as good or better than the more expensive brands with the same features. I'm going to buy another one for a housewarming gift for another person.

La cuisson au four fonctionne très bien. Par contre le grille-pain a deux modes: pas assez grillé et sec. Je me cherche un autre four grille-pain.

A: it is not easy to clean and the timer is dysfunctional. You set something on "bake" or "toast" and it randomly stops the timer and you have to re-set it. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

Q: How well does the oven cook bigger items like cookies or roasts? I live in a bachelor and don't have a stove or oven. I really miss making cookies and my toaster oven now does an extremely poor job of baking them. Any suggestions for good toaster ovens or small appliances that do the same as an oven.

A: it may cook them alright but the timer may simply stop timing and then you realize after 20 mins that you have been waiting for it to cook but it shut off for no reason. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

Q: Bravetti timer signal How does the timer of this toaster oven work? As the timer is counting down, is it noisy (like tick.tick.tick.tic..tick..ding!) or is it quite until it dings? Any other product recommendation that is quite?

A: Timer is a bit louder than on my previous oven. But I've got used to it after couple of uses. "Ding" is loud enough to hear it in my bedroom with the closed door. (I live in an apartment).

A: This is a bit tricky as it’s a question pertaining more to cleaning chemicals than to the actual toaster oven that we supply.We would suggest warm soap/dish detergent and an SOS pad or steel wool – but that’s based on personal experience. Presumably, a specific oven-cleaning product like Easy-Off could also be used as it is intended to clean inside ovens (be they full-size or countertop).

A: Happened to me as well. I searched on the internet and found this toll free phone number (800)798-7395 for euro-pro who makes this oven. They told me they would send me a replacement knob in 7-10 days.
