It’s not bad.

We ordered this for a spare room bed that will go into storage when not in use, so we didn’t need a headboard. It’s as thought this frame is sized to have a headboard, though. After putting our new queen mattress onto it after assembly.. it is about 4 inches too long for the mattress (so when you tuck the bottom of the duvet under the foot of the mattress, there is a big gap between the mattress and the frame) We verified that we did, in fact, buy a queen size mattress (thinking maybe the mattress was accidentally a double and therefore shorter) but nope, it’s definitely a queen. It’s the frame. Fits perfectly width-wise but is a bit longer than expected. Otherwise, quality is good, assembled easily (with 2 ppl about 15 minutes). Shipping time to store for pick up was about a week or more longer than expected.

Attractive bed frame

I bought the double-bed frame in the summer. Once assembled, it looks very good. The frame doesn't make any creaking noises and the corner brackets don't move once tightened. One problem with the assemblage was that the bed slats were ALL about 5/8-in. too long and all had to be cut to the right length with a jigsaw. Extra work, but turned out alright.
