A super-strong version of the original Sting’r Hook. Ideal for short-striking, light-biting walleyes, saugers, bass and other gamefish. Works with live bait and soft-plastic tippings. Slip-on style slides over hook or around base of hook eye and cinches tight. Clip-on version attaches to the eye of any jig, or the “trailer-hitch” of a Fire-Ball® jig.

a must have in your tackel

these stinger hooks are the best thing they ever came out with.when the fish are bitting short that's where this comes in handy.its made to be hooked through the eyelet of a jig head.when I'm casting and reeling in with a twister tail and their biting short I put this on and plant the treble hook just half way on the curly tail.during ice fishing season I jig for walleye with 4-5 inch shiner minnows and hook the treble hook above the lateral line of the minnosw as to keep it alive close to the tail.
