Nice idea but poor quality

Only used it twice and the smoker unit failed. CT replaced it but the same thing happened with the second unit after 5 sessions.
If they ever improve the quality i'd be interested but this unit is a junker

Failed product

I bought this 2 rack smoker, only used it twice before the fan motor stopped working and smoke and heat no longer went into the unit, instead was billowing out of the top vents and puck feeder.... got it exchanged for a new one and only used it twice again before the SAME THING happened.... I called Bradley who has excellent customer service BTW, and they have discontinued this product because it was happening to all of them... some kind of design flaw. DO NOT BUY! Also when I spoke to Bradley and told them I how much I had paid for it, they said that was priced high! Do not spend money on this!

Worst smoker ever

Received this smoker as a gift and used it 3 times after which it would no longer work.
I called Bradley direct and after mentioning that I could not find this unit on their site, they informed me that this unit was discontinued almost as fast as it was released.
Bradley customer service was great though and a solution is in the works.
Do not buy this smoker, even Bradley knows it is a terrible unit. The problem is that the fan motor seized and the smoke would no longer go into the unit - the motor and most of the unit is unserviceable.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very nice smoker

I've bought this one and I'm not having any of those problems the other people seem to have. This is a great little smoker. Good if you don't mind having your smoked food fresh. We love this smoker. Try it you'll like it.

Design Flaw

I went through 3 units that all had the same problem until I finally brought the unit back for a store credit. They all had the same problem which is the puck would burn it wouldn't push the smoke into the actual unit. Seems to be a design flaw with the fan. I used the store credit to purchase the 4 rack and it works incredibly well. I highly recommend spending the extra cash and buying the bigger unit. Also I have to mention that the customer service when phoning into Bradley is by far the best customer service I have ever had to deal with. 2 Rings and a real person picks up who is more than capable of handling the situation. Absolutely outstanding.

A: I wouldn't recommend it as there is still a lot of smoke which comes out the top of the unit. A carport is the ideal place for this smoker.

A: NO! Do not use this unit indoors as it still generates a lot of smoke from the top of the unit. A balcony would work though.
