Unreliable product

Purchased this Item just a little over 1 year ago. Worked great all the up to the end of 1 year electronic warranty date. As soon as date past, console no longer worked. Bowflex customer support suggests to the fix is a $700 replace part that 'I am responsible for whether it fixes the issue or not'. For it being a Premium treadmill, absolutely horrible service life and horrible support for the product.

Buyer Beware!

Let me start off by saying this thing is massive and great for a big guy. It's robust. I needed a gym-quality treadmill for my home use. But: - The interface blows. Good luck swapping between profiles for multiple users. And the touchscreen has the feel and response of a 2000-era unit. It's a far cry from 2020+ technology. - its Huge. Good luck moving it and setting it up. Before you buy this, know that its not going to easily fit thru door ways or stairways, and if you need to go around corners, forget it - this aint the one. Not dissatisfied enough to return it. Definitely regret buying it. Consider other units and try before you buy. The JRNY 'free' membership appears to be a free trial. The software/interface is bad enough to warrant not buying. But it gets the job done in Guest mode.

Je ne recommanderais pas à mon pire ennemi. Le tapis en tant que tel est vraiment bien, mais l'électronique est vraiment cheap.. Le wifi est obligatoire, sinon le tapis ne laisse pas l'utiliser. À tous les 3-4 jours je dois me reconnecter sur mon compte, même si je suis le seul utilisateur. De plus, après une panne, j'ai un problème avec le tableau de contrôle, j'ai contacté la compagnie et vu que ça fait plus d'un an, les pièces ne sont plus couvertes. La main d'oeuvre est couverte, mais ils n'envoient personne pour vérifier le problème, je dois diagnostiquer tout seul le problème, commander mes pièces. Une pièce à 365$US coûte 240$US de livraison (livraison la moins chère, car la plus chère est 640$...) Si vous voulez appeler au service à la clientèle, oubliez ça, personne est capable de prendre l'appel, aucun service en français et même en anglais ils ne comprennent rien. Vraiment un service atroce, je ne recommande pas Bowflex à personne, même si pendant l'utilisation le tapis fonctionnait bien.

Useless without a working console. Do not buy!

We bought this treadmill 11 months ago and have only been able to use it for 2 months due to the JRNY software. The console says it requires an update but it will not update for some reason. Bowflex is no help, they said that it is a JRNY issue. You cannot speak to anyone at JRNY, only emails back and forth. Those emails have not been helpful. I highly recommend that you do not make the same mistake we did. Stay away from this treadmill and all Bowflex branded products because they do not stand behind their products!

I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a difficult experience! We definitely should have been able to get that up and running when you contacted our warranty support and JRNY teams. There aren't usually any long repair delays like this. One thing that can cause issues is if the machine is not left plugged in between workouts. The software will install when the machine is on, so if it's only on during a workout, it will try to install the updates during the workout, leading to it shutting down during the workout. If any updates get stuck, leaving it plugged in for 24 hours should help it install properly. Please contact us at 800-605-3369 if you need any further assistance. Bowflex

A: No - but your options are limited. Think "Freeware" version with a paywall. Technically, yes, it functions. But most of the workouts and history are limited to just JRNY paid subscribers. The "YES" answer to this is misleading, but not incorrect.

A: Hi There, For the BowFlex T10 Treadmill, here are the deck height measurements: Flat Deck Height: Approximately 8.5 inches from the floor to the deck. Maximum Incline: At the highest incline setting, the deck height increases to about 12.5 inches from the floor.
