Product Details

The Bow ABS/DWV S-Trap with Clean-Out, Black, Assorted Sizes, offers a simple solution for vertical drainage needs. The black ABS plastic siphon features an S-trap design ideal for connecting drains to vertical pipes as well as a drain plug for easy unblocking. Installation is simple using ABS cement to securely glue the siphon in place. The included clean-out port allows for easy snaking of clogs without uninstalling the trap, saving time and hassle when drainage issues arise.

Only wanted to buy the trap piece, which is what I got and later found out I paid for a full S-trap. The pieces were incredibly unorganized and many were separated.

Bought it by mistake , not knowing that S-traps were no longer code for under sinks, so I returned it. I will add that a the clean out feature in a P-trap or S-trap is always a welcome feature

Prone to sewer gases entering home

This is against code. Look up self-siphonage. Water can siphon right out of the trap and cause harmful sewer gases to come in your home. Use a P-Trap! Not an S-trap. And make sure it's vented. If you don't know, talk to a plumber.
