Needed this BOSU Balance Trainer to rehab a pelvis injury. My left hip and glute are not firing. BOSU Balance forces them to fire equally on both sides. Could not be more thrilled saving money from physio for this BOSU.

It's a good piece of equipment to have in a home gym. It works just like it's supposed to. The only negative thing I can say about it is the difficulty I had in pumping it with air with the included hand pump.
