Absolutely awful. Just like most Bluetooth, they don't stay in your ear. M99 tws are the only headsets out of the 30 or so I've tried that actually stay in your ear and they are no longer in production. No button for voice command which should be a standard nowadays. Requires base station which is terrible. Each earpiece should have its own charging port

these are garbage. I bought 2 sets, one for me and one for my wife. both sets have connectivity issues. one set only connects one bud, and mine cut out and glitch at least 10 times in the length of a song. CONSTANTLY! it's so infuriating that I nearly threw them in the garbage. going to be returning them... hopefully.

Q: I recently purchased a pair of Bluehive wireless headphones (model CTC-E026T). They seemed to be working great, but the left one seems to always disconnect from my device. Is there any way to fix this problem?

  • A: This may be due to insufficient power in the left earbud. Please wipe the charging pin on the left earbud and the charging pin in the charging case with an alcohol wipe, make sure it can be charged normally and try again. If it does not work, the product could be exchanged at your local Canadian Tire store within warranty period. Thank you.

Q: manual says you can charge anytime when buds go in the case and one case charge will charge buds 3 times, but the buds are not charging unless case is plugged in. What are the indicators to show you the case is charging the buds, when not plugged in ??
