Fly magnet!

We have a cabin on the water. If you know you know, the horse flies, sand flies and deer flies SUCK in the summertime. If you are on the dock or beach, there’s a 100% chance of getting bitten alive. These traps, in conjunction with the Skeetervac have practically eliminated the need for bug spray around the cabins and water. A trap lasts about 2 weeks and is literally covered in flies. You’re rarely bothered by them anymore and aren’t constantly scratching from the endless assault of bugs. Don’t cheap out, buy these things continuously if you have flies like we do! You won’t regret it!

We have horrible mosquitos in the summer. The Skeeter vac appears to have had an impact, but it is hard to know if it may have been impacted by a dry spring as well. Either way, we are not running to our car this July, so I'm happy.

Q: How long will the Sticky Trap last before it needs to be replaced.

A: 28 - 30 days??! Now that is very funny if you live in any type of "bug country". We are in the Bancroft area, have had the machine for two years. Love it! You have no idea how full the mosquito "drawer" is each day. As far as the Sticky Trap, we have never gotten more than 2 weeks from one. The photos and video attached were taken on the 2nd day after replacing. The paper is so full of moths, deer and horse flies there is never a spot for one more to stick on. That is our only complaint, the cost of the Sticky Trap really adds up during season. Then again, anything is better than being trapped indoors due to so many horse and deer flies.
