Questions
Q: It says that it has "strong adjustable straps with s hooks to wrap around the tree without harming it" however in the box it has chain, S hook and eye hooks that are meant to screw into the tree. Has the product changed since the description was written?
3 years agoA: Hi! The chain is used as “adjustable straps” to wrap around the tree with “S” hooks used to connect both end of the chain to the hammock. The eye hooks are another alternative if you want to permanently attach the chain to a surface such as a post, or house facade, etc but are not needed for the first method to work.
