Product packaging outright lies

A toaster really only has one function, and it's in the name. So at the bare minimum, this does "toast" bread. It's clear from how the elements are spaced and which ones actually get hot, why I only give this 2 stars. It is wildly inconsistent on what parts of the bread actually toast. But to really cap off a terrible product, it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for this to toast a bagel. It isn't actually wired for bagel toasting, and I'm honestly SHOCKED this product hasn't been recalled. I will be reaching out to the Office of Consumer Affairs to report this falsely advertised product. I bought this specifically for the bagel toasting function, and the circuits inside aren't even capable of doing that! LIARS!
No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this toaster to replace a decade old one that often got my bread and bagels stuck inside. The built-in seems solid, the price is right, and I love CanadianTire

I'm quite disappointed with this toaster because it doesn't operate well, for the price I paid. Don't spend your money on the worst toaster ever. The toast does not cook through and pops up loudly when it is done. Since it appears to be damaged and CANADIAN TIRE REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK. I was told to contact the company, I will have to pay for shipment to return it. Which I did not want to spend more money.

Q: What are the dials on the front of the toaster used for other than "toasting time"?

A: The buttons from left to right (facing the toaster) ,the button on the left is for toasting bagels, it only toasts on one side, the middle button is the timer /colour button this is very sensitive so watch that it hasn't moved when you handle the toaster the button in the middle is the stop/eject control and finally the button on the right is for frozen items to be defrosted. I have had this toaster for over 2 years it is very good value.

Q: What's the length of toast holder? (Not thickness and not the toaster dimensions) For context, I've been baking my own bread. With my current toaster, I frequently need to cut a little off long ends of my bread to proper fit the bread in the toaster.
