Bennett Heavy Gauge drop sheet

I needed a heavier plastic drop sheet to cover an HO-gauge model railway layout when it's not in use - dust settlement over time coats the layout, dulling the colours and coating the tracks. This sheet is perfect for these purposes. Excellent product!

NOT industrial grade

This product is so thin that it can be easily punctured by a finger. It didn't hold up for even a half hour when used to seal a side window of a car (after which it tore) . After 2 hours of driving it looked like a weather torn flag with fragments littering the car interior. I hate to imagine what there non industrial grade is like. DO NOT BUY this junk product - save your money and get a dropsheet from a dollar store that has better durability

Q: I see the plastic number 4 on bag, is that for both the bag and the sheet? I just want to know what type of plastic the sheet is and if it's a 4 (LDPE), then it's safe to use for what I'm wanting to use it for.

A: I can’t say for certain but I doubt it’s polyethylene. More likely it’s polypropylene.
