Garbage skates

Absolute garbage. No support for kids ankles/feet, bought them new and was told I cannot return them. Coaches and hockey pro store’s do not recommend these as youth have too much room in the ankle/shin area, you cannot get them tight enough to support their legs. Now I’m stuck with a pair of skates that can’t be used and were worn once. Want my money back from these, as I had to upgrade and purchase a significantly better pair of Bauer hockey skates. Yes we tried them on in store, but as a new hockey parent I was not aware as to what I was looking for. There was also no staff to help out. Upon checkout I asked the return policy and they said I could return them. Went to return them and was told I cannot.

Fabric lace loop burst on 4th use. Will be returning. These are public arena rental quality; not durable for a full season of hockey.
