No longer have a landline and bought the set to use as extension phones for cell phones. Bluetooth setup was straightforward and works well with the cell phones.

A: The handsets do not have a headset jack. This model is Bluetooth capable and a Bluetooth headset can be paired to the base (up to 30 feet of range).

Q: Does this phone have a sound equalizer? I have difficulty understanding message that have been left on answering machine system from callers who have left a message. Message is garbled sounding and not clear at all. This is a problem.

A: The TL92373 (69-8030) does have a sound equalizer however it is only for the cordless handsets (not on the base unit for message playback). My suggestion is for the customer to return the unit for a warranty exchange at the store.
